Can YOU do what it takes to be a Champion?
Many people want to be Champions in business, in life, in love… The question is; can you do what it takes to be a real Champion?
Webster defines a Champion like this:
cham·pi·on (noun)
1. a person who has defeated all opponents in a competition or series of competitions, so as to hold first place: the heavyweight boxing champion.
2. Anything that takes first place in competition: the champion of a cattle show.
3. A person who fights for or defends any person or cause: a champion of the oppressed.
4. A fighter or warrior.
So what can you do to become a Champion?
- Is successful and understands why. A champion is therefore consistently successful
- Does not have accidental success, but understands exactly what to do to be successful
- Does things right and does the right thing – a person of upmost integrity
- Out works, out thinks, out plans and out everything’s his/her competition
- Will “go the distance” and relentlessly fight with every ounce of energy to win
- Is constantly growing –learning all he/she can and teaching all he/she knows
- Is not concerned with winning, but consumed with it.
- Stands up to any challenge- never backs down
- Has an elevated sense of urgency – acts quickly and decisively
- Never “Wings it”- Always has a plan B… and C
- Is energized by change and driven by challenge
- Believes, having faith in himself, his God and his fellow man
- Has Love for others
