Author and Accredited Financial Counselor®, Todd R. Christensen, MIM, MA, is Education Manager at Money Fit by DRS, Inc, a nationwide nonprofit financial wellness and credit counseling agency. Todd develops educational programs and produces materials that teach personal financial skills and responsibilities to all ages. Having facilitated nearly two thousand workshops since 2004 on the fundamentals of effective personal financial management, he based his first book, Everyday Money for Everyday People (2014), on the discussions, tips, stories and ideas shared by the tens of thousands of participating individuals and couples.
Why did you decide to give a discount to the military?
We have worked with our state’s national guard for years and know the sacrifices they and their families make. Taking 15 years to pay off their consumer debt is not a sacrifice we want them to make, so we offer to waive and discount our fees to get them on the road to debt freedom in 5 years or less.

Money Fit by DRS

SeaWorld Waves of Honor complimentary admission permits any U.S. active duty military, activated or drilling reservist, or National Guardsman to one complimentary admission per year to either SeaWorld®, Busch Gardens®, or Sesame Place® for military personnel and as many as three direct dependents.
Why did you decide to give a discount to the military?
Those that sacrifice so much for our country deserve to be celebrated and honored. The brave men and woman currently serving, veterans and family members know time at home can be far and few between, so time together with loved ones or days off is precious and should be spent making valuable memories. With activities such as up close and personal educational animal exhibits, shows and live entertainment, exclusive behind the scenes tours, weekend activities and summer concert series, and thrilling rides and roller coasters, the parks have something for everyone. Visits to SeaWorld are unforgettable experiences.
Each SeaWorld park has its own deal programs for both active military and veterans and their families, but discounts vary between 30-50 percent off. Full priced tickets differ from park to park but start at $49.99. I have outlined the specifics below.. All parks extend the offers year round, but do require valid military ID and for quests to register on ID.me to qualify.

Post Modern artist, I see the world a little differently. Some of my influences are military, while others civil rights. The two are fully compatible.

As an artist, and gallery owner, I express a freedom born by the service of men and women in the US armed forces. We have a debt to those who have sacrificed.

Shortly after I opened my gallery, I began to offer a military discount. I have a handful of images that Veterans wanted, and I felt I had to oblige them. This began in early 2015.

David Bridburg Artist is how I am registered with the IRS. Postmodernism Art Gallery, only available online, is my business. I have helped other artists, some of whom are Veterans, in their creative process. The general public, my prints are an interesting decor.
