Joe Rogan, Harrison Ford, among late celebrity endorsements before Election Day 2024

It’s Election Day, America.

As millions of voters across the country cast their ballots, Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump hope to learn whether they’ll be the 47th president of the United States.

While celebrity endorsements have been steadily coming in throughout the campaign trail, a few well-known names spoke out this week to voice their support.

Harrison Ford for Democratic nominee Harris, Joe Rogan for Republican nominee Trump: Those are just some of the last-minute endorsements for the presidential election.

Joe Rogan

Mega-podcaster Joe Rogan endorsed Trump on the eve of the election.

In a post promoting his podcast with X owner Elon Musk, he wrote, “The great and powerful @elonmusk … He makes what I think is the most compelling case for Trump you’ll hear, and I agree with him every step of the way. For the record, yes, that’s an endorsement of Trump.”

Just over one week earlier, Rogan said he had discussions with Harris’ campaign for her to appear on his show, “The Joe Rogan Experience,” but he declined to travel to her for the episode.

The podcast host’s announcement came after Rogan released a three-hour show with Trump. However, Rogan said he hoped to speak with Harris in the future.

“My sincere wish is to just have a nice conversation and get to know her as a human being,” Rogan wrote. “I really hope we can make it happen.”

Actor Harrison Ford endorsed Harris.

“Look I’ve been voting for 64 years,” the “Indiana Jones” actor said in a black-and-white video clip posted online. Ford goes on to say he never really wanted “to talk about it very much,” and urged voters to “move forward” with Harris.

“When dozens of former members of the Trump administration are sounding alarms saying, ‘for God’s sake, don’t do this again,’ you have to pay attention. They’re telling us something important,” Ford said.

William Dwight McKissic Sr.

The Texas mega-church pastor endorsed Harris on social media.

“I’m voting for character, as in someone who would not instigate, finance, participate in, or even attend, a gathering such as the Jan 6 insurrection, against the USA, led & financed by Donald J. Trump,” McKissic wrote.

Chloë Grace Moretz

Actress Chloë Grace Moretz endorsed Harris on social media.

The “Miseducation of Cameron Post” star, in an Instagram post on Friday, said she identifies as a gay woman.

“I believe the government has no right over my body as a woman, and that the decisions over my body should come ONLY from myself and my doctor,” Moretz, 27, wrote. “Kamala Harris will protect that for us. I believe in the need for legal protections that protects the LGBTQ+ community as a gay woman. We need protections in this country and to have access to the care we need and deserve.”

“Hatred is not the norm. Prejudice is not the norm. Suspicion, dislike, jealousy, scapegoating, none of those are the transcendent facet of the human personality. They’re diseases,” Van Dyke read. “They are the cancers of the soul. They are the infectious and contagious viruses that have been breeding humanity for years. And because they have been and because they are, is it necessary that they shall be? I think not.”
