What does your company do?:
Razzle Dazzle Graphics, Inc has the legal right to sell, produce, and install Stair Graphic Advertising in Transit Systems, Malls, Stadiums, Arenas, Convention Center, and any other venue. Razzle Dazzle Graphics, Inc. also specializes in digital printing in the form of adhesive vinyl and banners.
Was there a specific turning point when you realized your business was moving to the next level?: Yes, the turning point was when I secured the legal rights to Stair Graphic Advertising.
What processes or procedures have you implemented that have helped grow your company?:
Razzle Dazzle Graphics, Inc. , to assist the Media Companies with the selling of their Media space, creates renderings for potential clients. This way that potential client could see what their images could look like on a set of stairs.
What is most rewarding about running your business?:
The final product. Seeing my work installed at a venue knowing that thousand of people are seeing it. And of course, most importantly, knowing the client is happy.
What challenges have you faced and how have you overcome them?:
The challenge is dealing with my one competitor. Razzle Dazzle Graphics, Inc. is able to offer Stair Graphic Advertising at 1/2 the price of my sole competitor, so unfortunately they do what they can to demean my product and company.
If you were starting over today, what would you do differently?:
Honestly, I am very happy with the way I have conducted and grew my business.
What advice do you have for other business owners?:
Network!!! I believe life is all about who you know and who you touch. You never know what could come about.
Please list any favorite books, tools or resources (software, website, etc.) you would recommend for others:
I believe that by being able to show a potential client an idea of what their Advertisement could look like, it will tremendously increase the chances of securing the project.
What is something that people might be surprised to learn about you?:
My customer service. Unfortunately I think that customer service has been put to the side, and I refuse to let that happen.
