Was there a specific turning point when you realized your business was moving to the next level?: When email marketing and social media became a main stay for businesses we developed an email marketing platform that other marketing agencies could use.

What processes or procedures have you implemented that have helped grow your company?:
We are constantly looking to integrate and partner with other companies.

What is most rewarding about running your business?: Getting the opportunity to work with some many diverse industries and meeting the people that work with each company.

What challenges have you faced and how have you overcome them?: When the economy suffers, businesses suffer. When businesses suffer, one of the first things they cut is marketing and advertising. “Stopping advertising to save money is like stopping your watch to save time.” – Henry Ford

If you were starting over today, what would you do differently?: We would have made a better effort in the begining to integrate with other companies and applications.

What advice do you have for other business owners?: Think outside the box. Remove yourself from your day to day opertions from time to time to see how others run their bussines. Be open to what your customers want. Gather your thoughts. Write them down. Develope a DETAILED plan of action. Ask for assitance to acomplish what you need when needed.
