As an entrepreneur, how do you deal with fear or rejection?
You have to believe in yourself, otherwise no one else will.
What’s the name of your company? What exactly does your company do, how do you help people?
Exsulcoin. We deliver high-quality education to the world’s most disadvantaged people.
What were the biggest challenges you have faced and how did you overcome them?
Refugees are a politically sensitive topic, where most people are OK with them, but some people absolutely hate them. Hence, I am constantly being threatened and harassed. My life has been threatened, I have been deplatformed, and hacking attacks happen regularly. This all in addition to the traditional challenges of building a company, e.g., finding product-market fit, scaling, hiring, etc.
What piece of advice do you wish someone had given you at the start of your career?
You don’t need a big staff. What you do need is a small team of stone-cold killers; people who will work all night for fun, just to see your competition lose.
