I’ve been an author and speaker for more than 10 years since pivoting from a very successful law firm career. The skills of resilient leaders has been my obsession for several years and I’ve been privileged to speak on the topic all over the world. Our research says we have to develop resilience before we need it and resilient teams change the world.

Why did you become an entrepreneur, speaker, author, etc in the first place?

I was unhappy as a lawyer after doing that work for 18 years and I wanted to get back to my roots as a teacher. I ran a company in the training & development space and learned how to facilitate and create high impact talks that are the cornerstone of my speaking to this day.

How do you deal with fear and rejection?

I breathe a lot.

What’s the name of your company? What exactly does your company do, how do you help people?

More Love Media, inc.

We train speakers to deliver TEDx talks and virtual trainings and we help individuals reimagine their career paths.

Name one of the biggest challenges you have faced and how did you overcome it?

I was unhappy in my early 40s and needed a change – I wrote a book called “Pivot” that details how I handed that crisis.

Ask Others for Help and Be Real About What You Don’t Know or Understand.

Who are your biggest influences and people you admire and why?

My wife Randi — she’s so grounded and caring.

Berny Dohrmann, a thought-leader, author, speaker who created CEO space international with Bob Proctor more than 30 years ago.

What do you see as your greatest success in life, so far?

Being a dad and husband.
