What do you see as your greatest success in life, so far?
It’s having the ability to make an influence on other people. I can make a difference in the lives of my employees, I can donate my time and resources to helping the needy, and mentor younger adults and students.

What book would you recommend and why?
I’m biased so would recommend my book, “Selling to China: A Guide for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses.” It just doesn’t talk about China business, I discuss the history, language and social issues in China.
How do you deal with fear?
I break down the issue into sub-categories, and then ask myself why I fear these issues. I logically break it down, and logically give a reason why I shouldn’t fear something.
