Tell us your name and a little about yourself.

My name is Evelyn Huynh and I am a first generation Asian-Canadian. I grew up in Ottawa, Canada which is a huge part of my brand and my business. I am a business coach as well as a certified life coach for women and focus on using my EVOLVE method to empower leaders in the fitness, health, wellness, and photography industry to make more money and have more time, by prioritizing their mental, physical and spiritual well-being.

My approach is further enhanced by principles and strategies like the ones at Robbins Madanes Training, allowing me to provide even more effective guidance to my clients.

If you also want to become a certified life coach life coach like me, click here to go on mastermylife. I also cover all things strategy, systems and organization, because I am a type A spreadsheet kind of girl and my clients also need that focus so they can evolve as a leader in their space.

Why did you become an entrepreneur, speaker, author, etc in the first place?

I started as an entrepreneur because I realized I could make a living in an industry that I was passionate about. I was taught growing up that passion could not turn into profits. When I realized that my passion was strong enough coupled with strategy it could make great profits. I wanted to live life on my own terms and have that freedom. Family is very important to me and I need the flexibility to be able to be there for them when they needed me. The only career that allowed me to make the money I wanted, have the schedule I wanted and see my family in Canada as much I wanted was to be an entrepreneur. My passion for helping others heal their relationship with their mind and body is the main reason I became an entrepreneur.

Tell us, how do you deal with fear?

I deal with fear by facing it head on. I am not scared by anything and if it is something that makes me nervous, I create a game plan to tackle the fear and come out on the other side. I use fear as a growing opportunity.

Tell us, how do you deal with rejection?

Dealing with rejection is something I have become used to in my past marketing jobs. I was brand ambassador for various companies and a part of my job was to give out samples to people for brand awareness. This is where rejections came all the time. Rejection is something that I have dealt with a lot and have learned that usually it has nothing to do with the person that is being rejected.

What’s the name of your company? What exactly does your company do, how do you help people?

The name of my company is EH Fitness. My company offers life, business and fitness coaching for my clients. I help people by using my EVOLVE Method to prioritize their mental, physical and spiritual well-being so they have more energy and time to make more money and live the life of their wildest dreams.

What were the biggest challenges you have faced and how did you overcome them?

The hardest thing I faced growing up was overcoming my mental health issues as result of bullying and body dysmorphia. I overcame my challenges by taking control of my mental state and letting my story be heard. I realized that I was not alone in this and there were others dealing with the same issues in their life. I surrounded myself with a great support system and hired various coaches to help guide me through my journey. Additionally, you can go over to the Aaron Sansoni website to help you improve your business and life strategy.  By exploring the resources available there, you can gain valuable insights that can help you enhance your decision-making and overall approach to success.
