Check, implement, reevaluate, repeat. An Agile project management style approach to getting work done to mitigate risk and to constantly reevaluate
What is most rewarding about running your business?: That I can go in any direction, and no amount of stupidity from Washington can stop me.
What challenges have you faced and how have you overcome them?: Government regulation are always debilitating, and high taxes are a slow down to have proper funding for implementation for various projects.
If you were starting over today, what would you do differently?: Overseas… Everything overseas
What advice do you have for other business owners?: talk to CPA’s, etc to shield assets and keep as much of your money as possible. Have business overseas so some of your costs may be avoided.
