Former CBS CEO, Les Moonves, will not receive a planned $120 million severance following a sexual misconduct probe at the company. Moonves, who was ousted in September, was alleged to have sexually harassed a dozen women. He denies the allegations. After the probe into sexual harassment at the company, CBS announced that it was rolling out new policies to combat misconduct.
