6. The Room

The Room

 is highly famous for being an utterly horrible movie. Tommy Wiseau wore all sorts of hats in this film — as he wrote it, directed it, and starred in it. A memoir was written based upon the filming of the movie. The memoir was then adapted into a film this past year by James Franco. One has to watch it to get the full scope of the film’s understated nuance. It’s difficult to solely discern its impact through a paragraph.
