What does your company do?: Pacific coast commercial is involved daily in the sales, leasing, and property management of commercial real estate throughout the Southern California region.

Was there a specific turning point when you realized your business was moving to the next level?: The turning point for us at Pacific coast commercial is when our current clients became our best referral source.

What processes or procedures have you implemented that have helped grow your company?:
Our philosophy at Pacific coast commercial is to treat our clients the way we would prefer to be treated when we are the client.

What is most rewarding about running your business?: The most rewarding feeling for me as director of brokerage services is to have an agent reach their full potential As a sales and/or leasing associate, and Then they begin to enjoy the lifestyle that they had only previously dreamed of.

What challenges have you faced and how have you overcome them?: Our challenges are no different than any other brokerage company, but the difference is how we address those challenges and turn them into strengths that become our advantage.

If you were starting over today, what would you do differently?: Seek out the best professionals available and depend on their advice, and not try to micromanage as much. Additionally, I was taught that a sense of urgency was the best technique involved in everything we do, and I agree a sense of urgency is necessary…but sometimes it’s best to slow down, take a longer look at the obstacle facing you.

Please list any favorite books, tools or resources (software, website, etc.) you would recommend for others:  Try to read as much As possible from those that have succeeded in your industry. It is not necessary to reinvent everything you do, just change a good idea by 10%, and it becomes yours. The inspirational and motivational speaker Brian Tracy changed my life. Sales is not a job, but a career and lifestyle.

What is something that people might be surprised to learn about you?: I have a pretty green thumb when it comes to planting and landscaping, and enjoy working hard with my hands. I believe I am more creative than most people in my position, and enjoy thinking like the consumer as far as our marketing direction is concerned.
