Does Your Business Get the Attention it Deserves?

For your business to stand in the crowd, it takes well-rounded marketing and advertising campaigns being put forth on a regular basis.

In the cases of some brands, sound marketing and advertising efforts comes second nature. Others, meantime, have difficulty in these respects, not properly giving their brand all the attention it needs and deserves.

So, what are some ways to market and advertise your brand so that large numbers of consumers will take heed?

Sign of the Times

Signs are important, and in a most basic sense, are a good way to get information across quickly where needed. It’s the same reason you have office signage around in your office, labeling what rooms are for, as well as different sections or areas of interest. Signs take a different use when implemented in a customer facing level, and are just as vital.

In 2016 and for the foreseeable future, businesses need to make sure that as many consumers as possible are alert to their brands.

For starters, make current customers (and potential ones for that matter who are willing to) part of your marketing and advertising efforts. Face it; these customers are some of the best brand ambassadors you could possibly get. With their permission of course, promote them in your different marketing and advertising initiatives, showing why the next batch of consumers should browse and buy from you.

Another way for you to spread your message is via signage.

Stop for a moment and think about all the business signs you come across on a weekly basis in your community and surrounding towns, not to mention when you hit the road for travel.

Signs are a fantastic means whereby you can promote your business in a small but tactical way.

A led sign is a great choice due to the fact it typically offers:

  • Warranty of several years for parts and on-site labor;
  • Professional content and design services so you avoid having to come up with the right message all on your own;
  • Variety of different shapes and sizes;
  • Prominent placement so that countless consumers will not find it hard to locate.

Once you have the right signage in place for your brand, the next task is to make sure it is getting notable promotions. Social media is a great tool to use for just that.

With social networking, you can start (if you’re not already) marketing your signage among these sites:

  • Facebook –Great site for a variety of reasons. First, you can run contests with each and every sign you have out there for your business. Have a contest where consumers win a prize from your business posting on your FB page where your sign is (you can drop them a clue or two), what color it is, and how many numbers are in it. This way you know consumers actually took the time to find your sign in town. Even if you don’t convince one or more consumers who participate in the contest to buy from your company, you’ve given your brand some more name recognition, something that can never hurt you;
  • Instagram – Considered by many in the social media community to be the top site for social imagery, Instagram is a great means whereby you can visually showcase your brand’s sign or signs. For those who haven’t taken notice, Instagram has exploded in recent times, giving consumers and businesses for that matter the ability to showcase countless images and designs. In order to get the most out of your brand’s sign or signs on Instagram, be sure to show pictures of the signage in its best light. Also make sure to encourage others on the site to share your images. You can do this by selecting the best hashtags with which they can share. As mentioned earlier with Facebook, putting contests together encourages more consumer participation, especially if there is something in it for them (coupons, free product or service etc.);
  • YouTube – If you haven’t thought about using YouTube before to assist in promoting your brand, do it now. Keep the videos short and sweet; shooting for 30 seconds etc. is typically about right. If you have more than one business sign around town, highlight how well promoted your brand is in the community and elsewhere if applicable. While you do not have to spend an arm and a leg shooting the video/s, don’t just wing it. You want a professional video that will make your brand shine against the competition.

Giving your business the attention it deserves is something you should never take for granted.

When you use signage to spread your brand’s message, it is a sign of a winning formula.
