Drone Culture: Why they are here to stay

If you’re a wedding photographer – try telling the bride and groom you won’t be using a drone for aerial pics of their outdoor reception. If you’re a realtor – try telling the home seller you won’t be using a drone for aerial pics of their property and the neighborhood.  If you’re a parent – try telling the out-of-town grandparents that you won’t be using a drone for aerial pics of the first bike ride or teenswim meet. You can’t do any of these things because in 2015 drones transitioned from being “really cool” for techies to being “really necessary” for the rest of us!

Whether you are an individual or entrepreneur – a parent or local government official – the inspiring and practical uses of drones along with the high-performance quality with out-of-the-box ease make drones a no-brainer when you want to capture a birds-eye view of something.  The most exciting trend is how many people are discovering new hobbies and interests because drones make it so much more enjoyable: the adventurist on a hike;the amateur photographer; the multi-generation picnic activity, and so on. Drones get children off the couch and away from their texting – yet they still feed the “tech-hunger” that so many of us crave.

When asked about the top drones for individuals, realtors, photographers, even fire departments, there are 3 that are fabulous for beginners and for the more experienced user.  For those of you eager to become part of the FPV (first person view) drone racing world (fast becoming a “professional sport”) – we even have a favorite for you too!
