Tallest building

World’s longest tunnel

A 35 mile long tunnel now runs from Zurich in Switzerland to Milan in Italy. The Swiss are building a high speed rail system that will reduce the amount of time it would normally take to drive along the Alpine roads. The time will be reduced from four hours down to two-and-a-half hours. This is faster than flying due to the train travelling at 149 miles per hour.
